Alize has recently been in her gym training with fitness and wellness coach Mark Lucas, who has given her a few tips on how to get her best running time when she races for Cancer Research UK at Battersea Park on June 13th.

I feel really strongly about raising money for Cancer Research UK not just because of my personal experience, but because I hear so many times day after day that so many of us have been affected by the devastation that this illness can cause. I am positive that with the great work that Cancer Research UK has already achieved that in the near future the fight against cancer will be easier for us all.
